These oven to table serving wares are produced by a family of artisans in the Marche, close to the Umbrian border. Made entirely by hand, on the potters wheel, they are finished in non-toxic glazes. Terra cotta heats very evenly, making these casseroles perfect for preparing slow cooked meals, including roasts, stews and soups.
Soak, fully immersed, for 24 hours before first use. Can be placed straight into a hot oven. Dimensions: 35 cm x 10 cm
