Description: L’Azienda Baita was founded in 1999. All their olive groves are situated on typical Ligurian terraces, 500-700 meters above sea level. The Taggiasca olives are grown on steep Ligurian hillsides and are picked by hand. Over the centuries of being grown there, they have become known for their delicate and grassy flavor and a mild nutty flavor.
Culinary Pairings: Ideal for fish, raw seafood, salads, vegetables, for fried fish dishes, and is excellent for dessert preparation.
